Juanita Marquez passed away peacefully April 17, 2023, in Deleon Texas and went to be with our Lord.
Juanita was born March 25, 1950, in Rio Bravo, Coahuila, Mexico to Angel and Minerva Fuentes. She was the oldest of 11 children.
She was married to the love of her life, Simon Marquez on April 25, 1965. Together they raised 4 daughters and 1 granddaughter. Juanita could always be found at home, cooking delicious meals for her family, or watching her soap operas. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and having everyone over on Sundays for her home cooking and loteria. You never left her house hungry!
Juanita leaves behind her sweet husband, Simon Marquez, daughters Maria Rodriguez and husband Alejandro Rodriguez, Christina Sotelo and husband Javier Sotelo, Diana Marquez and husband Patricio Ortiz, Betty Marquez, Bianca Duran and husband Jesus Duran, 11 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
